co'? <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING.OF COUNCIL <br />Village'of Mayfield <br />April 19, 1982 <br />The Council of the Village.of Mayfield met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />April 19, 1982 at 8:34 p.m. in the Village Hall. Council President, <br />Michael W. Spellman, presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to.the Flag was.given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa,. Carmen, Etzler, Flynn, Spellma.n, Mrs. <br />Bloom and Mrs. Hanus - <br />Absent : Mrs. Ruggles <br />Also Present.Were . Maqor Beebe, Messrs.., Amendola, Feneli, Foltz, Hovancsek, <br />Chief Hejcl, Chief Stevens <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />Council President Sp,ellman announced that this meeting is being taped.and <br />asked if there were any objections. <br />Mr. Pete Nickerson,_ 6705 Gleftview - asked_.why the meeting was being taped. <br />Council President Spellman stated Mayor Beebe implemented_.this practice for <br />accurate minutes. <br />Mrs. Hanus said she does not see the point in taping the minutes. <br />Mr. Howard Schulz, 450 SOM'Cerite'r'Road - asked if the tapes are erased and <br />r.eused. <br />Mayor Beebe explained the taping of ineetings is done by most.communities <br />for accuracy purposes. He stated the tapes are erased and reused after <br />the next meeting of Council. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Special Meeting of Council'= Ap'ril:l2;'1982 - <br />Mrs. Hanus stated on page six,.third.paragraph from the bottom, "...from the <br />State or..." should be "...or'Federal". <br />
