.? ..3 ? ?•?J Mrs. Mikula.said Mayfield:.Villaga.residents are not allowed to participate in the Highland Heights Aging Commission but they are able to participate in several functions offered by Mayfield Heights. She said the Mayfield Village Commission will.offer the residents of Mayfield Village functions similar to.those of other communities that they are unable to participate in. Mr. Carmen suggested Mrs. Mikula'contact Al Orlana on Worten Park as he may be interested in assisting br serving on the Commission. Ordinance 82-28, entitled; "AN.ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPALITY TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE RESURFAGING OF SR-91 (S.O.M. CENTER ROAD) AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. Council President S.pellman stated this ordinance was given first.reading April 19. Mr. Carmen,.seconded by.Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, ma.de a motion to pass Ordinance 82-28. Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments. There were none. Ordinance 82-17, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-5, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLAR.ING AN EMERGENCY," Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. Council President Spel.lman said this.ordinance is on third reading. Council has received copies of Schedules A and B, uniform items.
