Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Feneli explained that due to Mr. Avery's cancellation of ineetings, he <br />has not yet been able to discuss with Mr. Avery why the projected fee for <br />Portland Cement is $5,500.00, which is higher than everyone remembers. He <br />said he is scheduled to meet with Mr. Avery tomorrow morning and he will <br />include in the Friday p.acket the results of that meeting. <br />The Resolution is to be tabled until rfr.
