Mr. Etzler said a problem has arisen in the hiring of the Part Time Police Off icers, a few of those we anticipated hiring did not want to become part of the Part Time Police Force. Discussion was held. Council President Spellman stated it will be discussed by the Committee of the Whole and then a decision will be made. Council President Spellman stated he received a recommendation from Mr. Busa for a replacement member to the Commission, Mr. Ra1ph.Weiss of Aintree Parlc. Drive. Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to appoint Mr. Ralph Weiss to the Senior Citizen Commission on Aging, term expiring December 31, 1984.
