InLroduced by Council President <br />Michael W. Spellman. Council President Spellman said Resolution 82-4$ is on second reading. <br />Mr. Etzler said he would like to discuss this at the next Caucus. <br />Ordinance 82-58, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A POLICE <br />CRUISER FOR THE SUM OF r.IGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,900.00) AND <br />DECLARING tiN EbIERGENCY."
