?;-•-? <br />? <br />Council President Spellman ask.ed if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Carmen questioned if Mrm Feneli had examined the agreement and asked <br />Chief Stevens if the range was in good condition. <br />Mr. Feneli said he had examined the agreement. <br />Chief Stevens said tlie facility is new and maintained excellently, and <br />only Village officers are on the range at a given time. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Ordinance 82-57, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 971 OF THE_CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, BY ELIMINATING THE ANNUAL FEE PROVIDED <br />FOR IN SECTION 971.04 AND FURTHERMORE BY ENACTING SECTIONS 971.11 PERTAINING <br />TO FALSE ALARMS AND.971.99 PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES." Introduced by the Mayor <br />and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments for discussion. <br />There.were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-57. <br />Council President Spellman asked Chief Stevens if he had received a copy of <br />this ordinance. <br />Chief Stevens stated he did not receive a copy. <br />There were no other comments from Council. , <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 82-60, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE. <br />SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT IN THE <br />GENERAL FUND TO THE NE41LY CREATED "TIPSTER ACCOUNT" IN THE GENERAL FUND; <br />ESTABLISHING THE "TIPSTER ACCOUNT" AS A PERMANENT ACCOUNT WITHIN THE <br />GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the Mayor and <br />Council as a Whole.
