He said he does not thirik it was a very prudent <br />expenditure and he is going to stick to his traditional beliefs, realizing the <br />rest of Council knows the importance for passage tonight." She said in the <br />minutes of the June 25, 1981 meeting, he voted for the amendment, and in 1980 <br />he was not present at the meeting and did not vote on it. Slie asked for <br />clarification. <br />Council President Spellman stated that his opinion was that the building is <br />completed, nothing ean be done, but in his own personal judgement, it was <br />poor f inancial planning. <br />Mrs. Bloom said that she was glad to see Larry back (he had been ill). <br />
