Carmen, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-70, in <br />title only. <br />Mr. Busa asked Mr. Amendola the status of the work to be done on Hickory Hill <br />D rive . <br />Mr. Amendola said that they plan to do more crack-filling as soon as the roads <br />cool. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAY S : None <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />New Police Car <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Council President Spellman read a memo from Chief Stevens regarding the <br />possibility of purchasing a used replacement car. <br />Chief Stevens stated that this purchase would save the Village approximately <br />$1,000 and next year they would only have to replace two cars instead of three. <br />Mr. Feneli asked if this car would have a new car warranty. <br />Chief Stevens said that it was a factory demo car and would carry the new car <br />warranty. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Ordinance 82-71, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF USED 1982 <br />POLICE CAR FROM DEACONS CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,995.00".
