C% " <br />l?3? <br />Mr. Feneli explained he prepared these ordinances after several discussions <br />with Mr. Amendola. He recommended the Safety & Service Committee.review <br />this legislation. Mr. Busa questioned if the two ordinances could be combined. <br /> <br />Mayor Beebe suggested Mr. Amendola take this up with the Safety & Service <br />Committee. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Ordinance 82-77 and Ordinance 82-79 were given f irst reading. <br />Council President Spellman stated tliese ordinances will be discussed by the <br />Safety & Service Committee and will be.on the agenda.for the next meeting. <br />Resolution 82-78, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OPPOSING AN INCREASE IN SERVICE.RATES <br />FOR ELECTRICITY AS PROPOSED.BY THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING COMPANY." <br />Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adopt Resolution 82-78. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there was any discussion. He stated copies <br />of this resolution should be sent to the Hillcrest area Councils. <br />There were no -comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried" <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 82-80, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE PROPOSED FEDERAL TAX <br />LEGISLATION THAT WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT THE MUNICIPAL BOND r1ARKET." Introduced <br />by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to adopt Resolution 82-80. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none.. <br />Rol1 Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution 82-81, entitled; "A RESOLUTION.GRANTING A SPECIAL U-5 USE PERMIT <br />TO JEANNE MEYERS TO USE CERTAIN PREMISES FOR AN AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP AND <br />TOWING SERVICE FOR AUTOMOBILES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY.'.' Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole.
