<br />Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to reject the <br />bids_received for fire hydrant repair. <br />Council President Spellma.n asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bids Rejected <br />Mr. Feneli suggested that out of courtesy to the two companies who submitted <br />bids, that a copy of the new specif ications be sent to them when bids are <br />re-advertised. <br />Council agreed. <br />Recodification/Update'of : Codified' 0'rdinances <br />Council President Spellman stated Mr. Feneli has met with both the Justinian <br />Company and the Walter H. Drane Company and asked if he had a recommendation <br />for Council. <br />Mr. Feneli said he met with Mr. Amendola to determine his recommendations for <br />changes to the Planning and Zoning Code. He forwarded a letter to Council <br />" listing them because Mr. Amendola wants Council to review his recommendations. <br />Mrs. Martin said Mr. Amendola wanted the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />review his recommendations also. A Workshop Meeting is scheduled for December <br />2nd for this discussion. <br />Charters <br />Mr. Feneli said Mayor Beebe asked him to prepare an addendum to the Charter <br />listing the amendments passed lastyear. To reprint the Charter including <br />this would cost considerably less than to redo the entire Charter. <br />Council President Spellman said he has received requests for copies of the <br />Charter. He,,has made a few photostatic copies that are available from the <br />Clerk of Council. He asked for Councils comments or approval of this. The <br />cost would be approximately $250.00 for 200 copies of the Charter. <br />Council agreed as the cost was minimal,. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />"Ordi:riarice:82-85,.entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PETTY CASH FUND FOR <br />HE VILLAGE, A"FLASH MONEY" FUND FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by <br />the Mayor and Council as a Whole.
