It is to be decided by Council <br />what funds are available for the tool lending program. <br />Mr. Busa commented he does not think the average person will borrow these . <br />tools. <br />Mrs. Bloom said she mentioned this subject at the Homeowners Association <br />Meeting and everyone present thought it was a good ideae They would <br />appreciate being able to borrow these things close to home..
