? <br />NEW BUSINESS (Corit.) ' <br />Tree Removal Construction Sites - Mr. Basile questioned if Mr. Panzica was <br />aware of the Village's tree removal ordinance. <br />Mr. Amendola explained the conditions that would require a permit to be <br />issued, according to the ordinance. He said many of the trees that were <br />removed by Mr. Panz.ica were decayed o•r in a ravine. His building plans <br />necessitated the removal of other trees. His final landscape plans will <br />include mahy more trees than were removed. <br />Mayor Carmen said he would like to see what was done in the past. <br />Mr. Etzler said this will be discussed at the next Caucus. <br />Neon Signs - Fox Drug.- Mr. Amendola reported these signs were removed. <br />Weisberg Lawsuit - Mr. Feneli requested a brief executive session following <br />this meeting to report-on this 'item. He explained a motion for further <br />relief has.been filed by the p"roperty owners down to the golf course. The <br />municipality has obtained a leave for an extension of time until February 8. <br />Sanitary Sewer - Hickory Hill'Drive - Mr. Hovancsek explained that in order <br />for two vacant lots to be developed, they had to tie in to the sanitary sewer <br />line. In order for them to tie into this line, the 1.ine had to go across other <br />property owners properties. Permission must be obtained from these property <br />owners before this is done. <br />Mr. Amendola further explained the situation. <br />Mr. Basile asked Mayor Carmen to write a letter to the property owners asking <br />for their permission. <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained the sewer will be paid for by the property owners. <br />The Board of Health will not give them a septic permit and they would not <br />haue access to a sanitary sewer unless the adjacent property owners grant <br />permission to go through their property. <br />Repowering of Pumper 613 - Chief Hejcl reported that two of the companies are <br />supposed to come out and look at it. One company will be out Wednesday or <br />Thursday of this week, and the other company has not committed to when they <br />would be out. <br />Resolution 85-1, entitled; "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY AUDITOR <br />TO ADVANCE TAXES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF TAX LEVIES AND DECLAR.ING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rul.es of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />?? <br />u <br /> <br />
