14 <br />NEW BUSINESS (Con't.) <br />Ordinance 84-45, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER 155 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTIANING TO RULES AND REGULATION FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING AND DECLARZN.G'AN:_'EMERC'ENCY:::" <br />Introduced by Mayor Fred'N. Carmen. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile., seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to pass Ordinance 84-45. <br />Mr. Etzler asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Amendola asked who would be responsible for the garbage removal on the <br />weekends. <br />Mayor Carmen said the police and fire departments would be responsible. <br />Mr. Goley noted in the section regarding the fee schedule, (A) states, "the <br />tollowing groups and individuals are eligible to use the Community Room Building <br />without charge. ...". Mr. Goley asked if this could be better clarified by <br />adding Mayfield Village -- "the following Mayfield Village groups. ..". <br />The other members of Council did not,feel this change was necessary. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None. - Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 85-1, entitl.ed; "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WAGES, BENEFITS AND OTHER <br />CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by <br />Mayor Fred-N, Carmen. <br />Ordinance 85-1 was given first reading. <br />Resolution 85-5, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF LAW TO -. <br />EXECUTE A JUDGEMENT ENTRY IN JULIUS PARIS, TRUSTEE, ET AL, v. MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />ET AL., THE SAME BEING CASE N0. 44310 IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY COURT OF COMMON <br />PLEAS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
