Quarterly Meeting with Regional Sewer District - Mayor Carmen said the meeting isschedu e_ for this Wednesday. Lighting - Worton Park - Mayor Carmen said no decision has been made yet. Bike Path - Mr. Hovancsek said there will be a meeting with the Ohio Department of Transportation ;Tuesday, May 28, at 1 P.m. to discuss the bike path. Resolution 85-11, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE':ENACTMENT OF H.B 101, CURRENTLY PENDING BEFORE THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO, WHICH WOULD PROHIBIT EMPLOYERS FROM CONDUCTING POLYGRAPH OP. OTHER LIE DETECTOR TESTS UPON PROPECTIVE EMPLOYEES AS A PRR-^ONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT UNLESS SUCH LEGISLATION IS AMENDED TO:.EXCLUDE PUBLIC EMPLOYERS." Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution 85-23, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO MARIE BEEBE." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council. Mayor Carmen commented that this resolution, and the following ten resolutions of appreciation were for the members of the Old Salt Shed Committee, a committee who previously worked to raise money'for the renovation of the_community room. He said one of the comments in the recent resident suruey included the s•uggestion that recognition be given to these members. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to adopt Resolution 85-23.
