<br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village - <br />;7une 17, 1985 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />June 17, 1985, at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Uillage Hall. <br />Council President, Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mrs. B1oom,.Messrs., Basile, Etzl.er, Flynn, arid <br />Goley <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were .Mayor Carmen, Gus Amendola, Steven Toth, Chief <br />Hejcl, and Chief Stevens. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Mr. Pat Caticehio, representing the developers of Aintree North Company, <br />s,aid he would like to hr•.ing to Council's attention the problem with the ° <br />ditch located at the nor.th line of Aintree and the south line of the <br />cemetery. He explained that the Village required them to open the ditch <br />when they began the second phase in 1982 and there has not been a problem <br />to date. However,'now that they are in the process of completing the <br />last phase; the road will be completed about the first of October and <br />families will be moving in early next summer; they feel it is a potentially <br />dangerous situation. Mr. Caticchio explained the problems that could <br />occur, including the possible health hazard that could exist. He explained <br />that it was not their land as developers, but they would like to see the <br />problems taken care of. Mr. Caticchio requested that a study of the <br />situation be made and possible solutions to the problem be suggested. <br />Mr. Etzler stated there is 'a meeting scheduled with Mr. Caticchio, Mayor <br />Carmen, the Law Director, and hir.iself, and any other member of Council who <br />would like to attend on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. to discuss this matter. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />May 13, 1985,.Public Hearing of Council- Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Basile, <br />made a motion to approve the.minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Minufies Approved <br />May 20, 1985, Regular Meeting of. Council -Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. <br />Bloom, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Z4otion Carried <br />NAYS: None Minutes Approved
