r;p •?? Mr. Etzler stated he would like to amend the agenda to include two resolutions for insurance and a motion to approve the 1986 budget. There were no objections. Resolution 85-49, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE A CONT&ACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF INSURANCE FROM LOVE INSURANCE AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN THOUSAND THIRTY SIX DOLLARS (7,036.00) FOR PROPERTY AND PACKAGE INSURANCE COVERAGE, DECLARING THE SAME TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE AND DECLARING AN EIKERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a TJhole. Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council r-equiring a resolution to be read on three separate occas.ions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion-Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to adopt Reoslution 85-49. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution 85-50, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT -FOR THE PURCHASE OF INSURANCE FROM LOVE INSURANCE AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND THIR.TY FIVE CENTS ($24,728.35) FOR AUTOMOBILE AND GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE, DECLARING THE SAME TO BE AN EMERGENCY PURCHASE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced,by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
