87 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING.OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />September 23, 1985 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield, met in Regular Session on'Monday, <br />September 23, 1985. at 8:05 p.m. in the Council Cliambers at the.Village <br />Hall. Council President, Richard..C. Etzler, presided. Rol 1 Call: Present: Mrs. Mills, Messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flyn.r_; and <br />Goley . <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola; Mr. Feneli (8:10), Mr. <br />Toth, and Acting Chief Panzero <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION ' <br />Mr. David Petschauer, 696 Meadowood, asked if there were guidelines or rules <br />concerning grading. If a new home was put in, co.u_ld the topography of the <br />land be changed, or is it subject to the approval of the Vil.lage Engineer? <br />The area he was referring to included a sidewalk that goes up.then levels off <br />very sharply. Mr. Amendola said he was aware of the area Mr. Pefischauer was refer.ring to, <br />and explained the problem that exists. The sidewalk wi11 have to be broken <br />up and.replaced.
