Mills <br />NAYS: Mr. Goley <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution 85-65, entitled; "A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL U-5 USE PERMIT <br />TO JEANNE MEYERS TO USE CERTAIN PREMISES FOR AN AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP AND <br />TOWING SERVICE FOR.AUTOMOBILES FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by ?fayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Feneli explained the changes included in this.resolution that differ from <br />the U-5 permit issued in 1982. They are as follows: <br />Section 3-J. "A11 automobiles shall be removed from the premises within <br />ninety days from the.date they ate first brought on to the premises." <br />Section K, as amended; will read:,"Except for abandoned automobiles, all . <br />automobiles on the premises shall bear a valid State License Plate and have <br />current Ohio License Plate Validation Stickers or their equivalent from'_ another State." New Section N will read: "The Permittee must maintain a <br />current log detailing the date on which each autonobile:is removed from the <br />premises, and which log shali be made available to the municipality at <br />reasonable times and locations. Section 5 will include the "six-month period." <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of. <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adopt Resolution 85-65. <br />Mrs. Mills said she felt the resolution should. include the specific person <br />and department designated to malce the inspections and when the checks are to <br />be made. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mayor Carmen and Council agreed to include in Section N: "to a member of the <br />Building Department designated by the Mayor." <br />Mayor Carmen said he did not want includecl.in the resolution when the checks <br />would be made, he wanted to leave it open for "spot checks." <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Resolution 85-65 <br />to include the above-mentioned addition to Section N. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Amendment Approved <br /> <br />
