He said he did not xeceive a copy of the <br />recommendations made by the Planning and Zoning Commission and was not aware <br />of them. "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTZON 1173.03(b) (2) OF <br />THE CODIF'IED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, SUBMITTING THE SAME TO THE <br />ELECTORS O.F THE MUNICIPALITY AND DECLAR.ING AN EMERGENCY."
