41 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Village of Mayfield April 23, 1984 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Session on Monday, April 23, 1984, at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President, Richard C. Etzler, presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Rn11 Call: Present: Mrs. Bloom, Messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flynn, and Goley Absent : None Also Present Were . Mayor Carmeri, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Toth, and Chief Hej cl OPEN.PORTION- Mr. Russell, 608 Jefferson, Higliland Heights - siad he and Mrs. Russell own property on SOM Center ltoad in Mayfield. Village. If.possible, they would like to put up a nice building and have a store of some kind. Mayor Carmen.explained the procedure to be followed. The first step is for Mr. Russell to make a formal, detailed request, in writing, to Council explaining what kind of building and business is planned. The property is zoned residential and all zoning changes must go on the ballot to be voted on by the residents. Mr. Bob Cotton, 6826 Meadowood - explained his continuing problem with the storm sewer on his property. His dogs are getting out of his f_ence because of the erosion. He feels he and Council eould work together to solve the problem. There will be a.wedding in his family in August and he would like to have the problem resolved before that time. Mr. Etzler asked Mr. Amendola and Mr. Hovancsek to look into the problem. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Regular Council Meeting - March 19, 1984 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. B1oom, made a motion to approve the minutes as written.
