41 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />April 23, 1984 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />April 23, 1984, at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Council President, Richard C. Etzler, presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Rn11 Call: Present: Mrs. Bloom, Messrs., Basile, Etzler, Flynn, and Goley <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmeri, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Toth, and <br />Chief Hej cl <br />OPEN.PORTION- <br />Mr. Russell, 608 Jefferson, Higliland Heights - siad he and Mrs. Russell own <br />property on SOM Center ltoad in Mayfield. Village. If.possible, they would <br />like to put up a nice building and have a store of some kind. <br />Mayor Carmen.explained the procedure to be followed. The first step is for <br />Mr. Russell to make a formal, detailed request, in writing, to Council <br />explaining what kind of building and business is planned. The property is <br />zoned residential and all zoning changes must go on the ballot to be voted <br />on by the residents. <br />Mr. Bob Cotton, 6826 Meadowood - explained his continuing problem with the <br />storm sewer on his property. His dogs are getting out of his f_ence because <br />of the erosion. He feels he and Council eould work together to solve the <br />problem. There will be a.wedding in his family in August and he would like <br />to have the problem resolved before that time. <br />Mr. Etzler asked Mr. Amendola and Mr. Hovancsek to look into the problem. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting - March 19, 1984 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. B1oom, <br />made a motion to approve the minutes as written. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Meeting of Council - March 26, 1984 - Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. <br />Goley, made a motion to approve the minutes as written. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved
