43 <br />Planning and "Goning - Mr.. Basile said more information must be submitted before <br />considering the lot split request on Washington Blvd. The Representative from <br />the Satellite Company who was supposed to present additional information on their <br />variance request was not present. <br />Recreation - Mrs. Bloom said they served lunch to 73 children during the <br />Easter Party. Pictures from the party appeared in the Voice of the Village. <br />The Square Dance will be Friday, November 16. Jazzercise evening will be <br />Friday', May 25; from 7:30 - 8:30 in the Middle School gym. <br />Safety and Service - Mr. Basile said there was no report. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Timing of Lights at Aintree and SOM - Mr. Etzler read the April 23 letter from <br />Mr. Hovancsek regarding changes that will be made to improve this situation. <br />Beech Hill Pumping Station Meeting with the Noxtheast Ohio Regional Sewer District- <br />Mayor Carmen reported they discussed the improvements that have been made to stop <br />spills. They will be sending a memo to the Mayor and Council Listing the <br />procedures to follow when there is a spill. <br />Ordinance 84-14, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIDNS 1153..02(g) AND 1173.03(a) <br />(1) (C), OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, SO AS TO PROHIBIT <br />EATING ESTABLISHMENTS WITH DRIVE-THRU WINDOW SERVICE, SUBMITTING THE SAME TO THE <br />ELECTORS OF THE MLTNICIPALITY AND DEGLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. . <br />Remains on Second Reading. <br />Ordinance 84716, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 739.06(b) OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIEZD VILLAGE,. OHIO, PERTAINING TO APPLICABLE RULES <br />AND REGULATIONS FOR CANVASSERS AND SOLICITORS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen. <br />Ordinance 84-16 was given Second Reading. <br />Ordinance 84-20-, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 147.05 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO MEETINGS OF THE COMNIISSION <br />ON AGING, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Council President Richard <br />C. Etzler. <br />Ordinance 84-20 was given Second Reading. <br />Ordinance 84-21,'entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 133.03 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON <br />CHECKS AND WZTHDRAWL SLIPS ON BANK ACCOUNTS OF.THE MUNICIPALITY."
