60 <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that the paving on the Aintree II subdivision has not <br />been completed due to weather conditions. The Beech Hill 12oad paving was <br />held up due to the gas line which East Ohio Gas wi11 lower this week. The <br />Contractor expects to have the job completed by the end of this month. <br />Mr. Amenclola said the sign has been replaced at the bend on Wilson Mills <br />Road by Echo Drive. Signs on Raleigh, Chase, and Oakton Circle will be <br />replaced this week.. <br />Mr. Etzler asked Mr.' Amendola to check the sign north on 50M near Pizzazz <br />which is rusted and needs replaced. <br />Mr. Amendola will replace this aign a1so. <br />Mr. Toth - said the time sheets will be reprinted soon. H.e asked all Depart- <br />ment Heads to get back to him as to whether they prefer duplicate or triplicate <br />copies.. He has only_received one reply to his memo asking for changes or <br />suggestions on these sheets. If anyone has comments or suggestions they should <br />advise him by tomorrow. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported they met May 24 and June.14. <br />Several drawirigs.were approved; (see A.R.B. min. May 4, June 14.) <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola reported they met June 12. Several variances <br />were granted; (see B.O.A. min. June 12.) <br />Commission on Aging - Mr..Etzler said the Commission did not meet last month. <br />For the summer,.they will hold a Craft Group on the second and fourth Tuesdays <br />each month, instead of the Garden Group, They will have a craft show on July <br />21 at 1 p.m. in the Community Room. <br />Finance Committee - Mrs. Bloom said they met earlier this evening; (see June <br />18 Finance min.) <br />Firemen's Dependents Fund - Mr. Flynn said there was no report. <br />Hillcrest Council of-CounCils - Mrs. Bloom.said they are on summer break. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Goley had no report. <br />Plannirig and.Zoning - Mr. Basile reported on the June 4th Planning and Zoning <br />Meeting. Several requests were considered; (see P&Z min. June 4.) <br />Recreation -.Mrs. Bloom said 50 people attended the Jazzercise Night on May 25. <br />The Fun Run is scheduled for September 25; (see Rec. min. May 15.) <br />Safety and Service - Mr. Basile said the committee met with Chief Stevens <br />May 21 and again this evening. Discussion was held on there being a minimum <br />of two men on a shift at one time. The Committee is in favor of this being <br />a requirement.
