<br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Jail Standards - Mayor Carmeri said there is no new information, he is still <br />in the process of obtainin.g the current jail standards. <br />Timing of Lights at Aintree and Seneca - Mr. Hovancsek said he has not yet <br />heard from Mr. Durgan of Traffic Control Products. <br />Mr. Goley asked Mr. Hovancsek if he was advised aboia.t the timing.of the light <br />at Wilson Mills and Lander Road yet. <br />Mr. Hovancsek had written to Lt. Cook of Highland Heights and has not received <br />a r.eply. He will tollow up on tYiis matter also. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Hilltop Interceptor Sewer - Mayor Carmen noted the resolution regarding this <br />matter is on the agends. He will be sending letters to accompany this <br />resolution noting the Village is in favor of the project. <br />Mrs. Bloom reported Senator Fisher is also doing a resolution. A meeting is <br />scheduled later th'is week which he plans to.attend in hopes of.resolving the <br />matter. She will report on this at the next meeting. <br />Resolution 84-16, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE.SURBURBAN WATER COUNCIL OF_.GOVERNMENTS AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen. <br />Mrs. Bloom stated Resolut.ion 84-16 was given first reading. <br />Ordinance 84-11, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING REVISED,CHAPTER 505 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO ANIMAL.S AND FOWL <br />AND REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTER 505." Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen. <br />Mrs. Bloom stated Ordinance 84-11 was given first reading. <br />Ordinance 84-35, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER.379 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, ENTITLED-"MOTORIZED BICYCLES" AND. <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council. <br />Mr. Goley commented he felt the $1.00 registration.might be too low. <br />Mr. Feneli explained that the State.law has been amended sirice this ordinance <br />was written. Sections 379.15, 379.16, 379:17, and 379.18 should now be <br />deleted from the ordinance. The current procedure requires persons to register <br />with the State. <br />
