92 CONSTDERATION OF.MINUTES'(Corit..) Special Meeting of Council - August 24, 1984 - Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the minutes. Ro11 Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Minutes Approved Special Meeting of Council =.August 29,:1984 - Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carr3ed Minutes Approved COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN Mr. Etzler said that Mayor Carmen was enjoying a short vacation in Florida. COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIbENT:ETZLER. Mr. Etzler had no comments. DEPARTMENT.HEAD REPORTS There were no comments. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said they will be meeting Thursday, September 20. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a Board.of Appeals Meeting this month. Commission on Aging - Mr. Etzler said the Commission is busy making projects for their Christmas Boutique. This Thursday they will be having a"Party in the Park." Finance - Mr.s. Bloom reported the Committee met this evening. Mr. Toth is checking into the current balance in the Sewer Eserow Account. The R.I.T.A. taxes have increased over.the last year. Information is being distributed to the proper.Department Heads for the grant that was receive,d.from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to complete the bike path. Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mrs. Bloom said they have not .met yet this month. M.A.R.C. - Mr. Goley said there was no report. Planning and Zoning -:*Mr. Basile said that the site plans for the Transcon Office Building and the Georgian Center Office Complex were signed. A1so, Mr. Caplan will be submitting revised plans for his Hanover Woods Development. Recreation - Mrs. Bloom said the Mayfield Village Five Mile Fun Run is this Sunday, September 23. Tony Roma's is assisting and financing the run which wi].l begin at the Center School. The Halloween Party will.be October 28.
