13 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />` Mayfield Village <br />February .15, 1988 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, February <br />15, 1988, at 8:03 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield Village Halle <br />Council President Santo Basile presided. <br />Roll: Call: , Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr, Petschauer, Mr. Rinker, and Mr. Santoro <br />Absent: None <br />Also-Present Were: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, <br />_ Mr. Hovancsek., Chief Mohr, Mr. Patrick, <br />Chief Stevens, and Miss.Heath. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION-.OF"MINIITES <br />Regular_Council Meeting = January,l8, 1988 - Mrs. Mills,.seconded by Mr. <br />Santoro; made a motion to approve the.minutes, <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11. Motion Carried <br />. NAYS: None Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS-FROM-MAYOR-CARMEN: <br />Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Feneli to prepare a Resolution of Appreciation for <br />the Cleveland Browns. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT-BASILE:, Mr. Basile had no comment. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD-_REPORTS: <br />Mra Feneli said that he had an update on the Faulkner litigation. He <br />explained to the new members of Council and the people in the audience that <br />the litigation involved the property south of the Paris property at Beta <br />Drive/SOM Center Road. He said that the court had determined that the <br />property should be rezoned. Mr. Feneli said that he appealed that ruling. <br />The case was reversed and sent back to the trial court. He said that we <br />have prevailed on appeal. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Arcliitectural-Review-Board - Mr. Amendola reported that a plan for a single- <br />family residence, an accessory building, and a sign for Village Plaza were <br />approved at the January 28 meeting. <br />s
