43 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />4/18/88 <br />Page 13 <br />Aintree--North Drainage - Mr. Feneli said that Council should have received <br />a letter in their Friday packet to the Cuyahoga County Recorder (Frank Russo) <br />advising him that there was an improper lot split. He said that he requested <br />an explanation from him or action would be taken to reverse that lot split. <br />No one remembered seeing that letter. <br />Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast - Mr. Basile asked if all Council members were <br />going to work at the breakfast. Mayor Carmen and Mr. Basile said their wives <br />would be discussing it by phone. <br />Completion Date of Community Room HVAC - Mayor Carmen said that they will be <br />working on the system on April 25 and 26 and expect to have it completed <br />shortly thereafter. <br />Replacement of #611 Fire-Pumper - Mayor Carmen said that he and Chief Mohr <br />discussed this iss'ue:.last Wednesday. He said he asked Chief Mohr for some <br />more specific information which he is obtaining. At that point, he said we <br />can make some more decisions. <br />Mr. Flynn said that this item was discussed by the Finance Committee. He <br />asked if Mayor Carmen would copy the information to Council after it was <br />condensed by the Finance Directoro <br />Wilson Mills 30" Force Main - Mayor Carmen said that the sewer district is <br />going to request a meeting with Council and him relative to this issue. <br />Fisher's Tavern - Mr. Feneli said that he has taken appropriate action to get <br />a temporary order of the court to cease and desist their serving out front. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance-No: 88=8, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER <br />157 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, CREATING A RECORDS <br />CONIMISSION AND DECLARING_ AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 2/15/88, Second Reading 3/21/88e) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mre Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 88-8. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />NEW BUSINESS - <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />, ., ? .. ??.. :. <br />Letter to Council from-Finance-Director;(Final";Claims-& Judgment) - Mr;.•,Patrick <br />explained why he was required to submit this to Council byI May lst. He said <br />that he had asked Mr. Feneli whether or not there were any final judgments <br />against the Village and there are none.. He said that he h , as copied his letter <br />to Mr. Feneli and Mr. Feneli's reply to Council. <br />Mayfield Township Historical.Society - Annual Pledge - Mr. Basile said that we <br />agreed last year to pledge $2,500 to the Ma"field Township Historical Society <br />for the upkeep of the VanCuren home. <br />Mayor Carmen said that it was his understanding that their pledge was based on <br />the contingency that all of the other communities do the same. He asked if <br />all of the other communities have given their $2,500.
