Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. . <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules..Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />88-36. _ <br />Ro11 Cal1: AYES: All I <br />NAYS.: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of.Resolution No. 88-37, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br />DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO MAKE PAYMENT TO LOVE INSURANCE COMPANY, INC. IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND TWO.HUNDRED NINETY-SIX DOLLARS ($9,296.00), FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF A PROPERTY INSURANCE PACKAGE POLICY FROM THE CIGNA INSURANCE <br />COMPANY OF OHIO FOR THE PERIOD OF JUNE 1, 1988 TO JUNE 1, 1989, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCYo" Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole, <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Santoro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />88-37. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Basile asked if Council would like to consider the resolutions regarding <br />rubbish removal and street resurfacing. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to amend the agenda to <br />include Resolution numbers 88-38 and 88-39. <br />Roll Call: AYES: .A11 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda to be Amended <br />First Reading of Resolution No.-88=38, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AWARDING A <br />CONTRACT TO WASTE MANAGEMENT OF OHIO - WESTERN RESERVE.AS LOWEST AND BEST <br />BIDDER FOR RUBBISH REMOVAL IN MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
