84 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />7/18/88 <br />Page 6 <br />M.A.R.C. re High School Pool Supervision & Related Liability-Insurance - Mr. <br />Santoro said that this is still in the pending stage. <br />Appoint Committee for Historical Society Funding - Mr. Basile said he would <br />like to appoint a committee to study the funding for the historical house. <br />Mr. Basile appointed Mrs. Cinco and Mrs. Mills to serve on the committee to <br />study Village funding for the historical house. They agreed to serve. <br />Mayor Carmen said that he would advise Mayor DeJohn of Mayfield Heights that <br />Mrs. Cinco and Mrs. Mills have been appointed asthe Mayfield Village <br />representatives to study the funding. <br />Assistant Service Director - Mayor Carmen said that he is in the process of <br />sending a letter to the Civil Service Commission to advise them of his <br />appointment of Jim Amendola as Assistant Service Director. He said that after <br />the Civil Service Commission has approved his appointment, he will then ask <br />for Council's approval of his appointment and make the appointment formally. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-18, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A TAX <br />BUDGET FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR 1989 AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY."
