IN THE <br />- AMOUNT OF THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($36,524) FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF AUTOMOBILE AND GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FROM PERSONAL <br />SERVICE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THE PERIOD JUNE 1, 1988, TO JUNE 1, 1989, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
