Mr. Ramos explained that this legislation only applies to businesses. It requires businesses to notif y us when they move inv He said that we would then be able to obtain information from them regarding hazardous materials, the name of their alarm company, and to help the Building Commissioner make sure plans and specs are in compliance with our codes before they are given an occupancy permit. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-22, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 1301.05 & 1301.06 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, ESTABLISHING THE POSITION AND DUTIES OF THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AND AMENDING SECTION 1309.08 TO PROVIDE A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLAN REVIEW AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced,by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Flynn, seconded by MraBasile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
