?S <br />Regular Council Meeting 8/15/88 <br />Page 6 <br />Mr. Amendola to discuss his recommendations on changes in the legislation with <br />Mr. Ramos. • <br />First Reading of Ordinance No, 88-25, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />1309001 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO <br />THE CALCULATION OF FLOOR AREA AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrso Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Santoro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />88-25e <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-26, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />1321.04 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO; PERTAINING TO <br />THE REGIONAL DWELLING HOUSE CODE, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mre Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasionse <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr..Santoro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />88-26. <br />Mr. Ramos thanked Mr. Amendola f or his help in the preparation of this <br />legislation.. . <br />Mr. Amendola said that he recommended the passage of this ordinancee <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mr. Ramos explained that Ordinances 88-28 through 88-33 must go through two <br />consecutive readings, a Public Hearing, and a third reading.
