A5 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 19, 1988 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, <br />December 19, 1988, at 8:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield <br />Village Hall. Council President Santo Basile presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Presenta <br />Absent.: <br />Also Present Were <br />Mohr, Mr. Patrick, <br />Hovancsek and Associ <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Petschauer, and Mr. Rinker. <br />Mr. Santoro <br />. Mayor Carmen (8:40 p.m.), Mr. Amendola, Chief <br />Mr. Ramos, Chief Stevens, Mr. Wolszynek (from <br />ates), and Miss Heath. <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - November 21, 1988, Mr. Flynn, seconded by <br />Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes as corrected. <br />Mr. Ramos asked Miss Heath to state the correction. <br />? <br />Miss Heath stated that on page 3 under the heading of Planning & Zoning <br />in line 5, "... the Commission recommends passage of Ordinances 88-35 <br />and 88-40, that 88-35 should read 88-39. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />(as corrected) <br />Special Meeting of Council on December 5, 1988, Mrs. Mills, seconded by <br />Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />and Mr. Petschauer NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Rinker Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen had not arrived. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BASILE <br />Mr. Basile asked if there was any reason why the bike path is not being <br />cleaned of snow.
