<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />12/19/88 <br />Page 5 <br />Aintree North Drainage Mayor Carmen read the <br />received regarding a meeting to be held. He <br />be a part of that meeting. Mr. Basile said <br />attend. <br />letter that Mr. Ramos had <br />said that he would like to <br />that he would also like to <br />Berm Work - East Side of SOM at Bike Path - Mayor Carmen said that this <br />goes together with the delineators/guard rail problem. He said that we <br />are in the process of seeing if other grant money is available for this <br />work also. <br />Regarding Fisher's Tavern, Mayor Carmen said that he discussed the <br />results of the inspection made by the Fire Department with John <br />Chesler. He said that they were happy to comply with.the conditions <br />that did not conform to the code but were unable to do so within 14 <br />days. Mayor Carmen said that they were given an extension and were <br />asked to give us an estimate regarding a reasonable time frame as to <br />when compliance would be made. He said that he asked them to let us <br />know when the signs have been posted. <br />High Band Frequency Communications System - Mayor Carmen said that they <br />are trying to determine the full cost before the units are purchased. <br />He said that Chief Stevens is trying to obtain unit prices from the <br />distributors and until we receive a firm cost we are not going to do <br />it. <br />Motion to Approve Purchase of Plow from Best Truck Equipment- $3,600 <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the <br />purchase of another plow for the Service Department in the amount of <br />$3,600.00. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Septic Systems - Mr. Basile asked what the County was doing for systems <br />that have not been cleaned in the last several years. <br />Mr. Wolszynek explained what was done on Wilson Mills Road during the <br />reconstruction project. <br />Mr. Basile asked that someone at Steve Hovancsek's office check with <br />the Board of Health to see what is being done with septic systems not <br />cleaned between 1982-85. He said that he would like to have an answer <br />by the January 16 Council Caucus. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 88-28 entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTON 1181.07 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE,.OHIO, <br />PERTAINING TO REAR YARDS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 8/15/88, Referred to P&Z, Second <br />Reading 9/26/88.) <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />88-28.
