1 <br />i <br />MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />' Village of Mayfield <br />January 6, 1986 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />January 6, 1986, to hold their 1986 Organizational Meeting. Mayor Fred <br />N. Carmen presided, and called the meeting to order at 8:08 p.m. <br />Roll Call: Present: Council members Santo Basile, Richard Etzler, and <br />Lawrence Flynn, Council-elect George Goley, and <br />Council-elect David Petschauer <br />Absent : None <br /> <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Fred N. Carmen, Law Director Dale Feneli, <br />Building Commissioner Gus Amendola, Engineer Stephen, <br />Hovancsek,.Fire Chief Allan Hejcl, and Police Chief <br />Donald Stevens. <br />Mayor Carmen explained that the Mayor presides until the 1986 President of <br />Council i:s elected. <br />Mayor Carmen administered the following oaths of office: <br />RETURNING COUNCIL MEMBER (Ward 4) George Goley <br />NEW COUNCIL MEMBER (Ward 2) David Petschauer <br />LAW DIRECTOR Dale C. Feneli <br />PROSECUTOR Vincent Feudo <br />ENGINEER Stephen Hovancsek <br />ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEMBERS: Noboru Asamoto <br />John Wilson <br />Ma.yor Carmen said that he..needed approval from Council for the appointment <br />of Ralph Weiss to the Commission on Aging. • <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the Mayor's <br />appointment of Ralph Weiss to the Commission on Aging. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br />Motion Carried <br />Appointment Approved <br />(Oaths of Office - Continued): <br />COMMISSION ON AGING <br />Shiela Hanus <br />Howard Schulz <br />Ralph Weiss
