He will be sworn in at another time. <br />Other committee members not at this meeting will also be sworri in at another <br />time. <br />Mayor Carmen expressed his personal thanks to all persons sworn in tonight. <br />He said that most (99%) of t.hese positions are uncompensated. He feels that <br />those who give.freely of their time and energy improve the quality of life <br />in Mayfield Village. Mayor Carmen said the next order of business is to elect the 1986 President <br />of Council. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, nominated Mr. Etzler for Council President. <br />Mr. Petschauer., seconded by Mr. Goley, nominated Mr. Goley for Council President. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to close the nominations. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11. <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Nominations were closed. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Petschauer, made a motion that the vote be taken <br />by ballot. <br />There was no discussion.
