46 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Meeting of Council, March 27,1986 - Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. <br />Flynn, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: A11 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN: <br />Mayor Carmen announced he was issuing two proclamations this month: <br />"Cancer Control Month", and "Clean Up Ohio Week" (April 19-26.) He read <br />a poztion of each proclamation. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT ETZLER: <br /> <br />Mr. Etzler said he would like to schedule a Special Council Meeting for <br />Wednesday, April 23, at 8 p.m. to consider a few items that could.n.ot be <br />considered this evening (since only three Council members were present.) <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Mr. Amendol a said he rec eived a letter and a drawing from the Village Engineer <br />pertaining to Sublot 3 o n Wildwood Trail regardng mounding. He asked it it <br />could be handled at this meeting. <br />Mr. Etzler said it should be discussed at Caucus first. It could be brought <br />up at the May Caucus and an incidental answer could be given after that. <br />STANDING COMMITTITTEE REPORTS: <br />Architectural Review Board: Mr. Ameridola reported on the meetings held <br />February 27,:".`_March 6; and March 27. (See A.R.B. minutes for each) <br />Board of Appeals: Mr. Amendola said there was no requiement for a Board of <br />Appeals meeting. <br />Commission on Aging: Mr. Etzler saia the Commission has scheduled_'.a=.bus.,trip':: <br />to the Meadow Brook Ha11 in Rochester, Michigan for May 28. Details wi11 be <br />given in the Voice of the Village: The Commission on Aging voted to include <br />parents of villagers age 60 0 over for certain functions. At the next <br />surp.lus food distribution, someone from the Audito.r:':s Office will be present <br />to make fiche.sheets available. The Commission would like to thank Mr. Basile <br />and Chief SteVens for their help in food distribution. <br />Rinance: Mr. Flynn said there will be a Finance Committee Meeting after this <br />meeting.
