47 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils: Mr. Petschauer said they met April 18. He and <br />Chief Hejcl were present. Central dispatching and regiona.lized fire and <br />paramedic services were discussed. He requested it be put on`=the.agerida;:for <br />the May Caucus to be discussed further by Council. <br />M.A.R.C.: Mr. Etzler said at the last meeting; insurance coverage was discussed. <br />The Council has tentatively decided to cancel the gymnastic program due to the <br />cost of insurance. Planning and:Zoning and Safety and Service: There were no reports since Mr. Basile <br />was absent. Recreation: Mr. Petschauer reported on the items discussed at the Apri1 16 <br />Recreation Committee Meeting: The Easter Party,, Annual Five Mile Run, the <br />financial report, and, the:.upcoming Pancake Breakfast. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Water Main Replacement - Wilson Mills - Mr. Hovancsek said they did not have <br />any definite answers; they are discussing the possibility of obtaining other <br />funding for this project. <br />Mayor Carmen said it. might be good to discuss this item at the riext Finance <br />Committee Meeting; when it should be budgeted." <br />S.O.M. Center Culizert Replacement North of Cemetery - Mr. Flynn, seconded by <br />Mr. Petschauer, made a motion to authorize the preparation of plans, specs, <br />and the advertisement of bids for the S.O.M. Center Culvert Replacement north <br />of the cemetery. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />County Assessment - Beech Hi11 Repaving - Mr. Etzler.said this issue was <br />regarding the Beech Hill Repaving; the County.had refused to pay for their <br />portion of the assissment. There is no further information at this time. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 86-1, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />115.06 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE PERTAINING TO THE FEE <br />SCHEDULE FOR USE IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING." (First Reading.3/17/86.) <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 86-17, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING CLASSIC <br />CHEVROLET TO BE THE LOWEST AXD BEST.BIDDER FOR TEH,SALE TO THE MUNICIPALITY <br />OF TWO (2) POLICE CARS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH CLASSIC CHEVROLET IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE <br />THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS.($25,110.00) FOR THE PUR.CHASE OF TWO POLICE <br />CARS, REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
