59 <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the,:plans and specifications haye been prepared <br />and bids will be opened on Friday, June 6. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Petschauer said they have met since <br />the April meeting, which was reported on at the last Council meeting. <br />M.A.R.C - Mr. Etzler said they are making a study,•into their insurance <br />coverage. --They dropped gymnastics from their program because of lack of <br />insurance. They are re.-evaluating several of their programs. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile said the revised improvement plans for <br />Hanover Woods have been approved by the Commission. <br />Recreation - Mr. Pets.chauer`.`.said theyrwill meet tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. <br />in the Community Room. <br />Safety and Service - Mr.,Basile said there was no meeting. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Dept. - Reimbursement for Road Repairs - Mr.,Amendola said the last <br />time they came in to request repair:-work, they had a new form which said <br />':'submit on this form your job site ticket." It was the f,irst time they <br />had made any referenee to it. Mr. Ameridola said a few years ago $8,000 <br />was due from the.City of Cleveland Water Department. At that time.they <br />told us if they paid that bill, they would distribute the totall_cost among <br />the residents.of our town. Council made a decision not to do anything <br />about it. <br />Mr. Feneli agreed to -look at the documents Mr. Amendola received to <br />determine if there are any changes in their procedures. <br />Century 21 Sign Compliance - Mr Etzler said he received a caii that the <br />sign was on at 10:30 or 11 p.m. The ordinance calls for the sign to be off <br />at 7 p.m. Mr. Amendola said two weeks ago he made a request that he <br />be able to leave his sign turned on until 9:30 p.m.'because people could <br />not find his office. <br />Mayor Carmen said they have changed the sign to white lettering on.a <br />dark background and he has not received complaints since then. He asked <br />Council to loo.k at the sign as it stands now and give him feedback on <br />whether or not they feel they have to pr.ess the issue to have the other <br />type of sign.` <br />Culvert Repair - SOM, North of Cemetery - Mr. Hovancsek reported the specs <br />should be completed within the next two weeks and the project will be <br />ready to go o.ut for bids by the:.:.next Council Meeting. If authorization <br />were given now, the project could be bid before the next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Etzler?_said he felt Council should review the specifications at <br />the next Caucus before bids are advertised.
