Training and Conference Rooms <br />In training rooms, where the ventilation and size of the room <br />permit, smoking and non-smoking areas will be designated. If <br />smoking is not allowed, breaks in training sessions wi11 be <br />scheduled to accommodate smokers. In private meeting and <br />conference rooms, the group using the room will set the policy on <br />smoking. <br />Cafeterias, Lunchrooms and imployee Lounges <br />Smoking is permitted in designated areas of cafeterias, lunchrooms <br />and employee lounges, provided the room capacity and ventilation is <br />adequate. <br />Client's Home or Place of Business <br />It is preferable not to smoke in a client's home or place of <br />business. However, if an employee cannot refrain from doing so, he <br />or she should ask the client for permission to smoke.
