95 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETZNG OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />July 21, 1986 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Regular Sess.ion on Monday, <br />July 21, 1986, at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Council President Richard C. Etzler presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Etzler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Goley <br />Absent : Mr. Petschauer, Mr. Toth, Chief Hejcl <br />Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />Ghief Stevens, Firefighter Porter. <br />OPEN PORTION: <br />Mr. Robert Peto, 927 Beech Hil1 Road - asked if there was a time limit set <br />for the construction work being done in Hanover Woods because last week they <br />were working until 7 p.m. <br />Mr. Basile said the hours they should be working are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. <br />Mr. Etzler suggested Mr. Peto contact the Police Department if the problem <br />qccurs again. <br />Mr. Peto said he was talking with a patrolman about the problem of the late <br />hour while the construction was going on. <br />Mr. Peto said at one point in the creek almost behind his house, there are <br />tree stumps and concrete. The water runs to one point, then it does not run <br />anymore. <br />Mr. Hovancsek will check the cree5-tomorrow. <br />rlr. Goley said that maybe the problem with work being done on Sundays is not <br />the contractor, but people taking wood (with or without the permission of the <br />contractor.) <br />Mayor Carmen asked Chief Stevens to patrol the area. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Regular Meeting of Council'='June'16,'1986 - Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. <br />Flynn,,made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved
