As soon as they are taken care of, they <br />will continue road repairs. _ <br />Front Row Traf€ic Problem - Mayor Carmen said the initial meeting to 6iscuss <br />the problem was held on July 9, another meeting will be held this Wednesday. <br />He will report after that meeting. <br />Mr. Etzler said a Lt. from the Ohio Highway Patrol who set up the traffic <br />patterns for the coliseum might be interested in helping us with the problem. <br />Mayor Carmen said he received offers of assistance from several different <br />agencies, and a`lso from the Lt. Mr. Etzler was referring.to. <br />Drainage Problem - Hanus.Area - Mr..Etzler said this was discussed at Caucus, <br />and is hopeful that the problems will be settled before the next meeting. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 86-38, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING S.S. <br />CONSTRUCTION TO BE THE LOWEST_:'.AND BEST BIDDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR <br />OF THE S.O.M. CENTER ROAD CULVERT, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DIRECTOR OF <br />FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SAID BIDDER IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />FIFTY ONE THOUSAND FORTY-NINE DOLLARS ($51,049.00), REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS <br />RECEIVED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
