Cour,cil, to a7.low..this to _happen, <br />but with :two :condition's:, - . .. -- ' . _ . .. . - . . <br />1)- Conditiona'1 upon a showing by the Historical Society that <br />they (--an generate the furLds necessary to move the house <br />within a reasonab:Le period of time (until spring) <br />2) Conditional upon receipt of letters from the other <br />communities showing their continued izitent in donating <br />an annua'1 amount of $2,500 for the maintenance of the <br />building. <br />Mr. Ftynn, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to grant a variance to <br />SOM Sands Development for the northeast corner of SOM Center and Wilson <br />Mi1'ls Road, for the fo'1'lowing: A 10' side yard setback on the west 1ot-line, <br />A 30' side yarcl setback on the east lot line, <br />A 14 spac.e parking variance (subject to the allocation for use <br />of the buil.ding as listed on the plan as revised 12/1/86, <br />A 27' front yard setback for the house to be moved onto the <br />residential parcel just east of the subject property. <br />Mr. Etz'ler said the variance if granted, would also be.contingent upon the <br />f o'11owi.ng : <br />1) Mr. Musca must donate the money necessary to purchase the I.ot <br />immediate'ly east of his property, <br />2) Mr. Musca must donate the home to the Historical Society, <br />3) The Historical Society must raise the money to move the home, . <br />4) The Historica:L Society must show the wherewitha'1 to operate <br />the home for future use. <br />Roll Cal:L: AYES: Mr. Basi'le, Mr. Etz'ler, Mr. Flynn <br />NAYS: Mr. Go'ley, Mr. Petschauer <br />Motion Fai'led <br />Variance Not Granted <br />First Reading of Reso'lution No. 86-59, entit'led; "A.RESOLUTION REQUESTING <br />THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY AUbITOR TO ADVANCE TAXES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF TAX LEVIES <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
