l2/15/86 <br />1?7 1 8 Page Two <br />Mrs. Herchick, 6696 Sanda:Lwood, said she understands that they want to <br />extend the building to the end of the property. She questioned how the <br />garbage truck wi1'1 get back there. <br />Mr. Etz'ler said he daes not believe that is true. Mr. Myers of Tota'1 <br />Design Enterprise wi'1'1 be making a presentation a litt'le :Later during this <br />meeting (regarding the Musca property) and wi11 c'lear up.some misconceptions. <br />Mayor Carmen said he thinks that they were referring to extending the <br />bui'lding to the side line not the back line of the property. <br />Dennis Grapo, 6727 Wa'lnut Drive - said if there is a drive planned, they <br />would be very much against it. He said if you wa'lk by, the rubbish and <br />garbage behind the existing stores is very evident, there are animals back <br />there and the rubbish is not taken care of the way it shou:Ld be. Mr. Grapo <br />said he wou'ld a'lso like to register a vote against that type of exit. <br />Mr. Etz'ler said he does not believe the drive wi:L1 come to Sanaa'lwood. <br />A woma.n in the audience said she was concerned about the 42-car parking <br />variance and asked what that meant. <br />Mr. Etzler said there is. not a 42-car parking variance being requested. <br />A man in the audience said he c'.oes not believe we need any more variances <br />in the Village. A program.was presented 3-6 weeks ago; he thinks we . <br />should stick by it. He said the man came in with a proposa'1 that we cou:Ld. <br />do nothing about because of the.zoning. He thinks we should :Leave it <br />there. If the man wants to donate that house to the Historica'1 Society, <br />that's fine. He does not think he shou'ld come in here and hor.se trade <br />with. -.Council . . <br />Bi'll Wenger said his comments were directed strictly at the variance to <br />go into.residentia'1 property to make access roads. He said he has seen <br />rats<,at the present dumpsters.. He said we do not need to depreciate the <br />value of residential property. <br />Mr. Etzler said rats are something that have to be taken care of by the <br />owner of tlie property and suggested -that Mr. Amendola contact the Board <br />of Health. <br />Mr. Amendola said tY:e Board of Health has been out severa:L times and that <br />he will contact them again. . <br />Nancy Mascarenhas said pictures of the rats, etc. were submitted to the <br />previous Mayor. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regu:Lar Meeting of Counci'1 - 11/17/86 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Goley,. • <br />made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />Ro1'1 Ca1:L: AYES:.
