<br />Regulaz Council Meeting <br />2/22/90 <br />Page 2 <br />M.C.I.C. Meeting - Februarv 5. 1990 - Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen had no comment. <br />COMMENT5 FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT MILL <br />Mrs. Mills had no comment. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORT : <br />Mr. Patrick stated that the auditors will be coming in to do the 1989 audit at the end of this <br />month. <br />There were no other reports from Department Heads. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said there was no meering this month. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for the Board to meet this <br />month. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco said there was nothing to report. <br />Cirizen's Advisorv Committee - Mr. Pietrafese said the next meeting will be held on <br />Monday, February 26. <br />Commission on Aging - Mrs. Mills said the Commission held an "Employee Appreciation <br />Luncheon" on February 14; about 20 people attended. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said they met this evening. The Committee recommends passage of <br />the following ordinances and resolutions: Ordinances 90-6, 90-9, 90-10, 90-11, 90-12; <br />Resolutions 90-11 (we will receive 50% reimbursement from Gates Mills for the purchase <br />of this ambulance), and Resolurion 90-12. Mr. Flynn reported that the recycling contract <br />was discussed. They are waiting to receive additional information from Mayor Carmen and <br />the Law Director before it can be finalized. He said we will have input from Larry Barrett at <br />the next Council l Caucus. They would like to invite representatives from each department <br />to attend the meeting. Mr. Flynn said the committee also discussed the street lighting <br />proposal. However, in light of the new informarion presented by Mrs. Flugan this evening <br />he recommends waiting on this matter until it is discussed at the next Caucus. He said that <br />3 more architectural firms will be giving presentations Thursday. <br />? <br /> <br />
