<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/19/90 <br />Page 9 <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 90-10, entitled; "A RESOLUTTON RE-ESTABLISHING <br />TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR TBE SERVICES OF TBE <br />PROSECUTOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen <br />and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />and Mr. Rinker. <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Pietrafese <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 90-10. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, and <br />Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Pietrafese <br />Motion Cazried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 90-11, entided; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING <br />HORTON EMERGENCY VEHICLES COMPANY, TO BE TBE LOWEST AND BEST <br />BIDDER FOR TBE PURCHASE OF AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL VEHICLE IN AN <br />AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND <br />EIGHTEEN DOLLARS ($74,818.00) WITH TRADE-IN, AUT'HORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID VEHICLE, REJECTING ALL OTBER BIDS RECEIVED <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Fenante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiruig a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Chief Mohr said that if the bid is awarded tonight we could expect to receive the ambulance <br />in June. <br />Mr. Patrick said that the Village will receive 50% reimbursement for the purchase of this <br />ambulance from Gates Mills because of a mutual agreement the Village has with Gates <br />Mills.
