Regular Council Meering 2/19/90 Page 8 Police Cars (ordered per Resolurion 90-7) - Chief Stevens said that we should receive the cars in 4-6 weeks. Service Building Roof - Mr. Amendola said that we need it. After the bad weather last week, there aze several gaps in the roof and water is coming in. Mrs. Mills asked if a total replacement was required or if a new roof could be placed over the existing roof. Mr. Amendola explained that the old roof must be taken down to the insulation boards. He would like to ask for bids for a new roof of two different types: layered with stone, or a rubber roof which would have a 30-40 year guarantee. The old roof was installed about 10 years ago. First Reading of Resolurion No. 90-8, entitled; "A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHIlVG TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR THE SERVICES OF TBE DII2ECTOR OF LAW AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
