She said she hopes everyone has turned in the Voice of the Village <br />articles. The Garden Club Flower Show will be held May 18 in the Communiry Room. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS <br />Mr. Patrick said that all member of Council should have received a letter from him stating that as of <br />this date there aze no final claims or judgments against the Village. He expressed thanks to the <br />Law Director and Special Legal Counsel for their assistance. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Architectural Review Board - Board of Appeals - There were no reports; Mr. Amendola was <br />absent. <br />Cemterv - Mrs. Cinco said there was no report. <br />Cirizen's Advisory Committee - Mrs. Mills said they will be meeting next Monday. <br />Commission on A ig`ng - Mrs. Mills said their Anniversary Party will be held May 6 in the <br />Communiry Room. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the committee met tonight. They discussed the street repair program for 1990. They recommend that bids be advertised for sealing certain streets and for the repair and <br />replacement of a certain number of concrete roads. He asked if it could be bid out unitwise. If we <br />receive a better price than the $136,000 estimated, the remaining dollars will be used to repair <br />other streets. Mr. Flynn said the committee reviewed the current bid requirements. The Finance <br />Committee felt the amount should go from $5,000 to $10,000. Anything over $5,000 would be
