Council President Lillian M. Mills presided.
Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills,
Mr. Pietrafese, and W. Rinker
Absent: None

Also Present Were: Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, Chief Mohr,
and Mrs. Martin
CONSIDERATION OF NIINUTES
Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Special
Meeting of Apri19, 1990.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Cazried
Minutes Approved
Mrs. Mills stated that the next item on the agenda was the bids received for the lighring at Wiley
Park.
Mr. Ramos stated that the only bid received would have to be rejected as it is his understanding it
did not include the labor.
Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Amendola to clarify the bid.
Mr. Amendola stated that Graybar Electric Company is only a manufacturer and the bid is for the
materials only.
Mr. Pietrafese stated that he had spoken to Mr. Fixler and since he thought the Special Meeting
would be held after Caucus, he is expecting him later on. However, Mark is questioning the
specifications. Apparently, he understands the specifications did not include the labor and there
were other problems.
Discussion was held.
Mrs. Martin interjected that she had received a call from a contractor who was questioning poles
for the lights. Since she did not have a copy of the specs, she advised them to submit a bid to
include the poles and one without. That was the only problem brought to her attention.
