? <br /> <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCII. <br />May 7, 1990 <br />Mayfield Village <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, May 7, 1990 at 8 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President Lillian M. Mills presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and W. Rinker <br />Absent: None <br /> <br /> <br />Also Present Were: Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, Chief Mohr, <br />and Mrs. Martin <br />CONSIDERATION OF NIINUTES <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Special <br />Meeting of Apri19, 1990. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Cazried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mrs. Mills stated that the next item on the agenda was the bids received for the lighring at Wiley <br />Park. <br />Mr. Ramos stated that the only bid received would have to be rejected as it is his understanding it <br />did not include the labor. <br />Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Amendola to clarify the bid. <br />Mr. Amendola stated that Graybar Electric Company is only a manufacturer and the bid is for the <br />materials only. <br />Mr. Pietrafese stated that he had spoken to Mr. Fixler and since he thought the Special Meeting <br />would be held after Caucus, he is expecting him later on. However, Mark is questioning the <br />specifications. Apparently, he understands the specifications did not include the labor and there <br />were other problems. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mrs. Martin interjected that she had received a call from a contractor who was questioning poles <br />for the lights. Since she did not have a copy of the specs, she advised them to submit a bid to <br />include the poles and one without. That was the only problem brought to her attention.
