TO BE TBE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR TBE <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN TBE MUNICIPALITY, <br />AUTHORIZING TBE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A <br />CONTRACT WTTH TBE A&J CEMENT CONTRACTORS INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY <br />DOI:LARS ($117,880.00) REJECTING ALL OTFER BIDS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Rinker, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Rinker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 90-29. <br />Mr. Flynn asked Mr. Hovancsek how soon they could start. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that he would have to wait until after the pre-construction conference to see <br />when they could start. TO BE TBE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR TBE <br />SEALING OF ASPHALT ROAD SURFACES WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY, <br />AUTHORIZING TBE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCII. TO EXECUTE A <br />CONTRACT WITH TBE PAVEMENT TECHNOLOGY, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($27,950.00) <br />REJEC'I'ING ALL OTBER BIDS RECEIVED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
