?? 04 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />6/18/90 <br />Page 6 <br />Mayor Carmen said that there are six different areas in the Village with significant drainage <br />problems that amount to about two and a half million dollars. Further discussion about drainage <br />districts should be held. We do not have the monies to fix all of the areas. <br />Mrs. Peirce said that it would be nice if they could hear something. They have ideas and input but <br />are not taken seriously. She thinks it would be good for them to be included in the discussions. <br />Mr. Hovancsek to contact Mrs. Peirce, a representative from Burgess and Niple and the <br />Metroparks to set up a meering to see if they can come with a workable plan. Mr. Hovancsek will <br />send the letter he wrote to the Village to the residents on Upper 40. <br />Fisher's Tavern - Mr. Ramos said that he discussed the morion for a preliminary hearing with the <br />Law Clerk. They will set a hearing date; he is not sure when. <br />Advertising; - Newspaper Cost Com,parison - Mr. Patrick quoted the prices he received to place <br />legal norices in the Sun Messenger and Plain Dealer. <br />Update on Associated Estates and Picker OcctipancX - Chief Stevens said as far as they know, <br />everything is o.k. <br />Chief Mohr said he has not received any complaints since they striped the parking lot. <br />Wilev Park Li hting - Considerarion of Bids - Mrs. Mills said that a morion must be made to reject <br />the bids. <br />1VIr. Rinker, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to reject the bids. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Bids Rejected <br />Authorizarion - Signalization - Wilson Mills Road - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a <br />motion to authorize the Engineer to submit specifications to O.D.O.T. for the coordinarion of the <br />signalizarion of Wilson Mills Road. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Authorizarion Given <br />Resolution No. 90-32 - Request Ordinance for Same - Mrs. Mills said that Ordinance 90-28 is on <br />the agenda to be considered tonight. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 90-20, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW <br />CHAPTER 903 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />PERTAIMNG TO SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole.
